1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Facemesh, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Age Requirement (18+ Only)
Facemesh is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). By using Facemesh, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from or score minors.
3. Non-Medical & Aesthetic Nature
Facemesh does not provide medical, surgical, or dermatological advice. All ratings, PSL tiers, archetypes, and suggestions are generated for aesthetic self-presentation and curiosity purposes only. Do not interpret any content as medical diagnoses or recommendations for surgical or cosmetic procedures.
4. Payments & Automated Refund Policy
Paid reports are billed on a one-time transaction basis via Stripe. If an uploaded photo cannot be evaluated due to image quality, multiple faces, content moderation flags, or a server processing failure, our system automatically issues a full refund to your original payment method. If you believe an error occurred, you can contact support@facemesh.tech.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree only to submit photographs of yourself for which you have the legal right and explicit personal consent to process. You must not submit photos containing nudity, sexually explicit content, violence, hate speech, or images of other individuals without their consent.
